SellCheck analyses products you submit and returns an opinion: estimated margins, an estimated audience, suggested ad angles and a score. It is decision support, not professional, financial or legal advice.
Nothing here is a promise that a product will sell or that you will make money. Advertising results depend on your execution, your market and factors outside our control. You are responsible for your own commercial decisions.
You need an accurate email address and are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. One person or business per account.
Don't use the service to break the law, to analyse illegal or prohibited goods, to resell or scrape our output at scale, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the platform. We can suspend accounts that do.
The free plan includes a set number of checks per month. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices include applicable taxes where required.
We aim to keep the service running but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Features may change or be withdrawn; if we retire something you're paying for, you can cancel and get the unused part of your period back.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
If we make a material change we'll say so in the app before it applies to you. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
